Winner of the Melbourne Design Awards 2018, C3 is in the heart of Brunswick, boasting 100 apartments over seven levels with commercial uses facing the street frontages. The project features and internal open ‘atrium’ as a laneway providing a majority of apartments with dual frontages and excellent natural light and cross-flow ventilation. Artist Rowena Martinich was commissioned to create the vibrant artwork adorning the glass facade of the building, tying it to Brunswick’s artist culture and highlighting the sunset views beautifully. C3 represents the pinnacle of digital connectivity. In every apartment and throughout the building, cutting-edge technology sparks creativity, connects people and enriches everyday living. Connecting the three elements of progressive thought; design, technology and lifestyle, in a multi residential community for modern urban living that is quintessentially Melbournian.
