This project is a landmark building of 10 storeys incorporating 100 apartments and 4 retail premises. It also including car parking both within a basement and at the first floor level. The building is essentially two towers with and open breezeway through the central walkway linking the 2 halves. This open breezeway provides natural ventilation opportunities.
