This 4 level Development incorporates 9 apartments and a retail tenancies. The existing historic facade is retained and the new buildings are setback behind this. The project includes a fragmented glass infill facade above the existing historic building to elevate the general height of the building which is between two taller buildings. This fragmented panel features a fragmented digitally altered image of Hermes which was the first postage stamp (1860) referencing the buildings previous use as a post office.
