This Port Phillip Housing Association project is located on Mt Alexander Road in Essendon. The development is on approximately 1,355m2 of land, comprising 60 affordable housing apartments over five levels, with a two basement carpark to accommodate 59 car spaces. The project was completed in July 2015.
